Source: One-Sheet Bbq Mushroom Jack ‘n Peaches Sandwiches
This One-Sheet Bbq Mushroom Jack ‘n Peaches Sandwiches by Dustin Harder is a variation on pulled pork sandwiches with the addition of peaches. Adding peaches to any BBQ situation, or even just eating BBQ peaches, is delicious! The sweetness paired with the spices of the BBQ sauce make for a super tasty flavor combo. Mix that up with savory and chewy mushrooms and jackfruit and it’s a sandwich that even your nonvegan friends will be asking you to make every Fourth of July! Speaking of which, you can turn this into sliders with smaller buns for a breezy appetizer.

This Almond Peach Crisp by Tara Sunshine is super easy to make and tastes as delicious as it looks! It’s also gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and paleo! The grain-free topping is more dense than a traditional crumble. Part rolled oats could be used in place of the desiccated coconut and almond flour (e.g. omit the coconut and use 1 cup oats plus 1/2 cup almond flour plus 1/2 cup sliced almonds plus the remainder of the topping ingredients). It’s all up to you! Whatever you choose, you have to try making this almond peach crisp –– it will definitely be a crowd pleaser at any family holiday party!

This Gaucho Grain Bowl by Gluten-Free Grains, Quelcy Kogel is inspired by the smoky, meaty flavors of the countryside, of the traditions of the gaucho. It’s an oxymoron with smoky eggplant, meaty mushrooms and a variation on the traditional chimichurri sauce, which you’ll want to scoop onto everything.

Vegan lemon tarts! Nutty crust is topped with a creamy vanilla cashew filling for the perfect sweet and tangy treat! Need I say more? Since I have literally inhaled raw cacao for the last few months, I decided to take a little bit of a break from chocolate and try something new. I made these super cute little raw Lemon Cashew Tarts by Judy Moosmueller!
8. Falafel Waffle
Source: Falafel Waffle
Falafel waffle. Fun to say, and this Falafel Waffle by Natalie Slater delicious to eat. While waffles are usually sweet, if something is edible, there’s a 99 percent chance I’ve smooshed it into my waffle maker just to see what would happen. In the case of falafel, the result is a crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside savory falafel waffle – no deep frying required! This hummus recipe is great with pita and veggies as well, just reduce the amount of tahini to a few tablespoons. This falafel waffle might be one of your new favorites! It’s got a great texture, flavor, and shape! Why not give it a go?
